Our team is seeking a Senior Java Developer on-site during standard hours.
In this role, the developer's primary duty will be to design and implement end-to-end solutions within a microservices framework using Spring Boot. A successful candidate will have a keen interest in software engineering procedures and an intricate understanding of SQL architecture as well as Cloud services, all to establish a reliable, scalable, and secure foundation to support our company's mission-critical systems. We are eager to meet candidates possessing a proven ability to deliver high-quality code.
Responsibilities
- Complex financial system design, development, and maintenance using Java and Spring Boot
- Assurance of code robustness, scalability, and security, with an emphasis on exception handling and multithreading
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for end-to-end project completion
- Provision of technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members
- Participation in code reviews, guaranteeing code is primed for performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Enforcement of adherence to software engineering procedures and best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Java Developer role
- Extensive knowledge of Java Microservice infrastructure including Spring Boot, and expertise in designing and developing end-to-end solutions
- Proficiency in SQL, Database design, and architecture
- In-depth comprehension of software engineering procedures
- Understanding of English language at an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency minimum
- Ability to fulfil on-site work duties
Nice to have
- Previous experience in finance sector with a thorough understanding of financial services and related technology needs
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and procedures
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies and architectural understanding
