We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Java Developer to join our remote team as a Product Engineer.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and improvement of our product, demonstrating ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. We are focused on quality, delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field and at least four years of experience in Java development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve software solutions using Java Microservice Infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative software engineering strategies
- Ensure the quality of software products through effective code reviews and testing processes
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing
- Participate in the design and implementation of end-to-end software solutions, from system design to delivery
- Assume ownership of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development, showcasing proficiency in Java Microservice Infrastructure
- Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, enabling you to develop efficient and scalable software solutions
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language for efficient software development
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL tools for effective data manipulation and management
- Expertise in APIs and Integration, promoting efficient and reliable software development processes
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, promoting efficient and reliable software development processes
- Strong proficiency in Spring for the development of efficient and scalable software solutions
- Strong understanding of ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Fluent English communication skills at an Upper-Intermediate level, facilitating effective collaboration and communication
