We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing microservices architecture solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and integration processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement effective microservices architecture solutions
- Construct and manage data pipelines to facilitate accurate and efficient data transfers
- Engage in data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities to maintain high data quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot data integration issues promptly to uphold data integrity
- Optimize and fine-tune microservices architecture solutions to ensure enhanced performance and scalability
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a Java Developer role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong grasp of Java programming, Spring Boot, and REST
- Proficiency in working with Amazon Web Services and Oracle Database Platform
- Experience with ReactJS and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases, especially Oracle
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using Concourse CI or Jenkins
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills with an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with OSS Cloud Foundry, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or Pivotal Web Services
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
