We are seeking an accomplished Senior Java Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and development of scalable Java-based applications that meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with organizational strategies
- Architect and maintain microservices structures to enable seamless integration and scalability
- Perform code reviews, address technical challenges, and enhance application performance
- Create and update comprehensive technical documentation for processes and solutions
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure reliability and maintain high-quality code standards
- Actively engage in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a team culture of learning and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Java development
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership or team management role
- Expertise in the Spring framework for creating enterprise-level applications
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture for building scalable systems
- Practical experience in debugging and optimizing software applications
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and query optimization
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms and tools for application deployment and management
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
