Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our remote team, working on the development, deployment, and maintenance of a laboratory information management system. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software code, building and maintaining infrastructure and tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and standards for software development.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software code using Java and Spring Boot framework
Build and maintain the infrastructure and tools needed for efficient deployment of software code
Write scripts for automation of the software development cycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and standards for software development
Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate with third-party systems
Ensure the highest level of security, performance, stability, and scalability of the laboratory information management system

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of work experience in Java
Strong skills in React.js and experience with Spring Boot framework and microservices
Experience with CI/CD, Amazon Web Services, and ServiceNow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
B2+ English level or higher

CSS, Gitlab experience is a plus
