We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to our core server-side programming projects. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Java-based applications. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets the highest standards of quality and performance
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is thoroughly tested
- Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our Java applications
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Java Developer
- Expertise in Java 8, SQL, Hibernate, and Spring Boot
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and computer science fundamentals
- Experience in developing scalable, high-performance Java applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience in Investment Banking or other similar domains
