We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-performance code for a distributed messaging environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring the resolution of production issues and continuously improving the codebase. Your expertise in Java and related technologies will contribute to crafting clean and maintainable code, enabling the development of robust and scalable applications.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver optimized, high-performance code in a distributed messaging environment
- Participate in the resolution of production issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the applications
- Contribute to rewriting, refactoring, and perfecting code to maintain code quality and performance
- Work collaboratively with QA, product management, and operations teams in an agile environment
- Utilize design patterns and object-oriented concepts to craft clean and maintainable code
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Java Developer
- Experience with React for building user interfaces
- Familiarity with AWS services for cloud-based application development
- Knowledge of Kafka for building scalable and distributed messaging systems
- Understanding of GraphQL for efficient data querying and manipulation
- Proficiency in Kotlin, a modern programming language that complements Java
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization and application deployment
- Fluent in English at a B2+ level, enabling effective communication within the team and across departments
