Actively seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our remote team. Candidate must possess AWS proficiency and a comprehensive understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

As our Product Engineer, you are responsible for designing and constructing software solutions that are easily scalable and maintainable. Proficiency across various technology areas such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language, in addition to Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure is expected. The role mandates collaboration with a team of developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and devise solutions
  • Creation and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions
  • Generation and maintenance of code employing clean coding principles
  • Execution of code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards
  • Establishment and maintenance of automated tests to ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Active involvement in the Agile/Scrum development process and ceremonies
  • Guarantee of timely and quality code delivery
  • Documentation of code and system architecture
  • Active participation in system design and architecture debates
  • Offering technical support and mentorship to junior developers
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with an emphasis on Java
  • Prior experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Competency in Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Previous experience in Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
  • Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL tools and APIs and Integration
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
  • Proficiency in Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English speakers at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
  • Prior experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies
