Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions using Java and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable and efficient software solutions that meet those requirements
- Write and execute unit tests, API tests, and performance tests using tools such as JUnit, JMeter, and Splunk
- Contribute to the development of software architecture and design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and extensibility
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, providing valuable insights to the development team
- Participate in code reviews, offering input on code quality, design, and potential challenges
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java development, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development, demonstrating your expertise in Java programming and development methodologies
- Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and Amazon Web Services (AWS), enabling you to build scalable and efficient cloud-based applications
- Experience in unit testing, API testing, and performance testing using tools such as JUnit, JMeter, and Splunk
- Knowledge of Spring Framework and its various modules, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of the development process and delivering high-quality software solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies and related tools, such as JIRA or Trello
- Experience with Puppeteer
- Experience with HTML, CSS
