We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Java Developer to join our remote team, contributing to the development of our software solutions and leading the development team. With 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and usability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RESTful APIs and develop web applications using Spring Boot, Angular, and Amazon Web Services. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RESTful APIs and develop web applications using Spring Boot, Angular, and Amazon Web Services
- Managing and mentoring junior developers
- Participate in code reviews, providing valuable feedback and insights to the development team
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality software products
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, continuously learning and improving your skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Angular, and Amazon Web Services, enabling you to develop web applications and integrate RESTful APIs
- Experience in transpiling and bundling, developing SPA or universal/isomorphic apps, and UI/UX Design of Web Apps (preferred)
- Experience in continuous integration with automated testing and continuous delivery to AWS (preferred)
- Familiarity with data visualizations, such as Unity, ThreeJS, or D3 (preferred)
- Familiarity with Github, JIRA, and Scrum Methodology
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
