We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Cloud Developer to join our remote team. We are a leading-edge technology company specializing in providing cloud-based solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled developer with deep expertise in Java and cloud technologies to work with the latest technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based solutions using the Agile development process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Ensure high-quality standards at every stage of development
  • Maintain and troubleshoot code in large-scale, complex environments
  • Provide technical input for new feature requirements, partnering with business owners and architects
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement
  • Drive the implementation of solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on cloud-based solutions
  • Deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms for efficient application development
  • Expertise in Kotlin, Scala, or Go languages for developing scalable and high-performance applications
  • Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for designing and managing database schema and queries
  • Experience with AWS for cloud-based infrastructure and application management
  • Expertise in Clean Code principles for writing maintainable and efficient code
  • Expertise in building Java Microservices using Spring Framework
  • Proven experience in Problem-Solving and System Design for developing complex systems
  • Experience with API integration for building scalable and modular systems
  • Expertise in CI/CD for version control, integration, and deployment
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, at an upper-intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with other cloud-based infrastructure technologies such as Azure, Google Cloud, and Kubernetes
