Find me a jobWe are seeking a Senior iOS Developer (Swift). You will build and evolve an enterprise iOS app in our China Delivery Team, shaping technical decisions, improving performance and raising engineering standards through reviews and mentoring. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable releases and a clean, user-first experience aligned with Apple guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Make technical decisions on iOS design, architecture and delivery approach
- Build and maintain iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit aligned with Apple Human Interface Guidelines
- Lead planning activities including estimation, scope breakdown and delivery coordination when needed
- Review code, improve quality and coach peers on engineering practices
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues across memory, threading and responsiveness
- Collaborate with product, QA and other teams to unblock delivery and reduce rework
- Present solution proposals and technical updates to stakeholders
- Support hiring through technical interviews and onboarding guidance
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and maintaining iOS applications using Swift
- Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and UIKit to deliver clean, user-oriented UI
- Strong knowledge of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM, Coordinator, Clean Architecture
- Background in performance tuning including memory management, multithreading and profiling
- Experience with system integration and inter-process communication (IPC) patterns on Apple platforms
- Hands-on experience with web services and protocols including REST, SOAP and HTTP
- Working knowledge of automated testing, unit testing and version control with Git
- Clear communication in English for speaking and writing
Nice to have
- Experience leading a small engineering team in a Tech Lead or Architect capacity
- Objective-C plus familiarity with low-level C-based libraries
- Continuous Integration experience, Bitrise preferred
