We are seeking a Senior Incident Management Specialist to help strengthen and maintain our Incident and Problem Management processes. In this role, you will contribute to consistent incident handling, support engineering teams in following agreed procedures, and help ensure the right monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and reporting are in place to support reliable cloud operations.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Incident and Problem Management process end-to-end
  • Support incident follow-ups and participate in post-mortems
  • Help ensure engineering teams adhere to the agreed incident management process
  • Highlight gaps in process adherence and escalate non-compliance
  • Help maintain monitoring and alerting baselines across cloud operations teams
  • Update and maintain runbooks and incident handling procedures
  • Contribute to monthly incident KPI reports
  • Support handover documentation and knowledge transfer
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Incident Management and Problem Management (ITSM)
  • Background in cloud operations or production support environments
  • Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
  • Experience participating in post-mortems and incident follow-up actions
  • Working knowledge of Cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and Security Operations Center practices
  • Skills in reporting and tracking incident KPIs
  • Ability to spot process gaps and suggest improvements
  • Good coordination and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
