Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our forward-thinking team.

This position focuses on deploying and supporting centralized user stores, including Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Mainframe Access Control Facility 2 (ACF2), and Virtual Directory Services (VDS). You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, high-quality solutions, ensuring system availability and alignment with organizational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and remediate assessment findings and vulnerabilities within IAM systems
  • Ensure availability and performance of centralized user store systems by applying technical and business expertise
  • Complete moderately complex program assignments, designing and implementing enhancements to existing systems
  • Define, document, and meet internal business and technical requirements for new and existing systems
  • Provide on-call support and troubleshooting to address system issues and maintain availability
  • Design, develop, test, and document application software and system changes within defined timelines
  • Deliver program and system-level effort estimates, including analyzing options and providing recommendations
  • Create and maintain technical and troubleshooting documentation, including program flows and escalation policies
  • Participate in and approve code walkthroughs to maintain high-quality development standards
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, or Virtual Directory Services
  • Background in system vulnerabilities, including experience with Windows Server 2022, Linux, OUD, or Azure Active Directory
  • Proficiency in coding and scripting, with expertise in Java and the ability to update or troubleshoot code to resolve issues or improve efficiencies
  • Understanding of REST APIs and ability to integrate IAM systems using these interfaces
  • Familiarity with defining and documenting technical requirements, including developing designs and specifications
  • Strong communication skills in English – B2 or higher, both spoken and written
