Find me a jobWe are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to help architect, deploy, and operate secure identity and privileged access capabilities that support scalable, resilient application delivery. You will guide security direction, improve processes, and mentor others while strengthening the security posture.
Responsibilities
- Design IAM and PAM security architectures and strategies to protect information system resources
- Deploy and operate CyberArk components, including EPV, PSM/PSMP, and EPM, to meet security objectives
- Ensure IAM integrations align with security policies, standards, and business objectives
- Support critical security infrastructure to maintain availability and resiliency at scale
- Troubleshoot complex issues using tracing, logging, and real-time analysis to restore service quickly
- Identify opportunities to improve security processes and operational practices
- Assess the threat landscape and adapt controls to reduce risk
- Develop long-term strategy and roadmaps for supported security systems
- Maintain documentation for designs, policies, and operational procedures
- Mentor team members and associates on security best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and operations
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting CyberArk EPV and CyberArk PSM/PSMP
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting CyberArk EPM
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor peers on security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills using tracing, logging, and real-time diagnostics
- Strong architecture and design skills for security strategies and system integration
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)

- Experience deploying and supporting HashiCorp Vault
- Experience deploying and supporting BeyondTrust PowerBroker
- Experience with endpoint privilege management
