We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced remote Senior Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess expert-level knowledge Data Analysis while also having the ability to implement Verification and validation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with VR stakeholders to validate tickets across multiple channels
- Validate and verify tickets reported from different channels
- Communicate effectively with VR customers and set up an Operating Rhythm with them
- Organize mailboxes across channels and validate incoming tickets
- Establish an Incident Management foundation and execute support activities across
- Propose ways of improving the overall team ecosystem and process improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Analyst
- Expert knowledge in Data Analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and Drug Validation
- Stakeholder management and solid soft-skills
- Self-organized, proactive attitude
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to commit for a long-term engagement
- Upper-intermediate English level B2+
