We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced remote Senior Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess expert-level knowledge Data Analysis while also having the ability to implement Verification and validation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with VR stakeholders to validate tickets across multiple channels
  • Validate and verify tickets reported from different channels
  • Communicate effectively with VR customers and set up an Operating Rhythm with them
  • Organize mailboxes across channels and validate incoming tickets
  • Establish an Incident Management foundation and execute support activities across
  • Propose ways of improving the overall team ecosystem and process improvements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Analyst
  • Expert knowledge in Data Analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills and Drug Validation
  • Stakeholder management and solid soft-skills
  • Self-organized, proactive attitude
  • Conflict management skills
  • Ability to commit for a long-term engagement
  • Upper-intermediate English level B2+
