We are seeking a remote Golang Developer to join our team who has experience working with AWS, Docker/K8s, Kafka/GraphQL(GTH). As a Golang Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance APIs using GoLang. You will work closely with other developers to ensure that the code is of high quality, scalable, and maintainable.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain high-performance APIs using GoLang
  • Deliver high-quality, well-tested code
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting
  • Work closely with other teams and individuals to plan, coordinate, and seek feedback
  • Use infrastructure tools such as k8s, terraform, docker, and helm charts
  • Communicate with other teams and individuals to plan, coordinate, and seek feedback
  • Pitch in where needed as a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software development
Requirements
  • Significant experience (3+ years) working with Golang
  • Strong experience in AWS, Docker/K8s, Kafka/GraphQL(GTH)
  • Experience with modern JavaScript coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and deftness at object-oriented design and systems architecture
  • Great communication skills
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Node.js, ES6, Node.js, TypeScript, Graph QL, SQL, NoSQL, and Jest
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, CSS, Redux, or Webpack
  • Understanding of CI / CD and its benefits
  • Knowledge and experience with performance, accessibility, and API design
  • Exposure to different cloud computing platforms such as Azure, GCP, or Heroku
