We are seeking a Senior Go Developer with experience in any backend platform to join our remote team. As a Senior Go Developer, you will work with a global leader in the healthcare industry and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that touch millions of lives every day. You will be responsible for developing efficient and scalable backend systems using Go language and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Responsibilities
- Develop efficient and scalable backend systems using Go language and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
- Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code
- Maintain and optimize existing backend systems to ensure high performance and reliability
- Participate in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Go Language
- Experience with at least one popular cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and code versioning tools such as Git
- Proficient understanding of development methodologies such as SCRUM
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Angular and Linux
- Familiarity with other cloud technologies such as Heroku, Digital Ocean, or IBM Cloud
