We are seeking a Senior Go Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in the modernization of our API Developer Portal, which serves hundreds of internal and external API consumers in the Gas and Oil domain.
This role demands a motivated and skilled individual capable of enhancing user experience and the performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will contribute their expertise to deliver maintainable, high-quality code that aligns with project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Achieve a seamless user experience across web applications
- Enhance performance and scalability of systems
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable code on time
- Collaborate with team members to innovate and implement new features
- Optimize code for maximum speed and efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for developed features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
Requirements
- Proficiency in Go Language with at least 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and WebAPI
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience working in agile environments
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and timelines
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- B1+ English level proficiency
