Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Functional Tester to become a part of the global team.
The customer is a global cloud-based information security company that provides Internet security, web security, next-generation firewalls, sandboxing, SSL inspection, antivirus, vulnerability management, and granular control of user activity in cloud computing, mobile, and Internet of things environments.
Responsibilities
- Web application server-side testing and API testing
- Testing of a software integration solutions (such as ServiceNow integrations)
- Requirement analysis, test case creation and execution
- Test plan and strategy creation
- Issue reporting and investigation in collaboration with integration teams
- Communication of test activities with stakeholders
- Providing knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Functional Testing
- Experience with API testing tools: Postman
- Experience with performance testing tools: jMeter
- Ability to create SQL scripts
- Knowledge of software testing and development processes
- Experience of testing applications with complex logic and integrations
- Experience of using CI/CD tools
- Sufficient communication skills
Nice to have
- Java knowledge
- Experience of using Bamboo
- Shell scripting knowledge
