We are looking for a skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will take charge of MDG implementations and collaborate seamlessly within diverse project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your expertise in SAP MDM/MDG, coupled with strong leadership qualities, will be pivotal in guiding medium to large teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP MDG/Vendor solutions with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and translate them into comprehensive system designs
- Develop and refine test scripts, ensuring thorough testing to guarantee the quality of the delivered solution
- Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for clients, facilitating a seamless transition to new systems
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members while fostering productive collaboration between offshore and onshore teams
- Analyze complex business problems and offer effective solutions leveraging your domain expertise
- Assist in pre-sales activities by providing valuable insights and contributing to proposals
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and best practices within the functional consulting domain
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SAP MDM/MDG development
- Extensive expertise in SAP MDM/MDG, showcasing an in-depth understanding of its functionalities
- Proven track record as a Lead Functional Consultant in vendor BP related processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, displaying a proactive approach to tasks even without direct supervision
- Fluency in English at a B2+ level, allowing you to communicate confidently in professional contexts
Nice to have
- SAP certification in MDG/Vendor
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration
- Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP, CRM, or SCM
