We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with an analytical, organized, and communicative profile, capable of acting as a link between business areas and the development team, ensuring that client needs are translated into clear and high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business areas and the technical team to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
- Conduct requirements gathering meetings with clients and users to understand their needs, pain points, and business rules
- Refine requirements and develop clear functional requests for the development team
- Facilitate communication between business and IT, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and solutions
- Develop process flows, journeys, and diagrams to support understanding of proposed solutions
- Manage backlog and user stories using Jira
- Organize, prioritize, and monitor demands together with business areas
- Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting the planning and refinement of deliverables
- Validate deliverables produced by the development team, ensuring they meet business-defined requirements
- Map the impact of demands across different areas, identifying stakeholders and ensuring the involvement of necessary teams during the validation process
- Act as an advocate for the business's strategic priorities, contributing to value- and impact-based decisions
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a functional analyst role
- Ease in building relationships with clients and different areas of the company
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Experience using Jira to support backlog management, user stories, and demand tracking
- Highly organized profile with strong priority management skills
- Analytical ability to understand business processes and design functional flows
- Experience validating system deliverables
- Systemic vision to identify impacts between processes and involved areas
- Proactive and responsible approach, with the ability to defend priorities when necessary
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher

- Knowledge or experience with WFM (Workforce Management) solutions
- Experience in digital transformation projects
- Experience integrating business areas and development teams
- Knowledge of process modeling tools
