We are seeking an experienced, back-end-focused Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python & Golang) with Data Modeling Experience to work on various software projects in GCP.
You will be an integral part of the Customer team. A successful candidate will excel in learning new technologies and continue to expand upon core knowledge. You will use your analytical skills to quickly, methodically, and accurately derive facts.
You will contribute to the development of new features in GCP products/solutions/applications for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as a part of a Scrum Team
- Collaborate with other developers to learn the needs of the stakeholders
- Work on the implementation of new or updating existing features
- Propose the most optimal solutions taking into account the existing customer infrastructure
- Participate in the design and architecture decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure scalability and performance of applications
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Golang and Python
- Proven experience with Data Modeling using both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Intermediate level proficiency in GCP
- Experience with front-end technologies, preferably Angular and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of software design and architecture
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile development environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with performance optimization and scaling
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Nice to have
- Additional experience with front-end development using Angular and TypeScript would be beneficial
- Networking knowledge
- Experience with Linux and Terraform
- Certification in relevant technologies
