This position involves strategic collaboration across teams and regions to improve product discovery and optimize merchandising for both buyers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the refinement of complex business requirements for product innovations
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure product solutions
- Oversee comprehensive unit, automation, and integration tests to ensure feature quality
- Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence within the team
- Coordinate multi-team collaborations across organizational and geographical boundaries
- Conduct design and code review sessions to maintain high standards in code and design quality
- Integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality
- Identify and implement strategic opportunities to enhance customer experiences
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise web applications using Java
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- Expert proficiency in front-end web technologies such as JavaScript and React; strong familiarity with Node.js
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication abilities
- Proficiency in managing application infrastructure and optimizing deployment pipelines
- Advanced understanding of engineering principles and experience leading complex projects
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with excellent technical communication skills
