We are building scalable, dependable products and need a Senior Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular) to own both backend and UI delivery. You will develop Java services, Angular experiences, and MS SQL data layers while applying TDD and solid unit testing practices. Join the team and apply today.
Responsibilities
- Design and support scalable Java backend services that satisfy functional, performance, and reliability requirements
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular and JavaScript to deliver a strong end-user experience
- Develop and improve SQL schemas and queries with emphasis on MS SQL performance and data integrity
- Implement TDD throughout feature work and ensure thorough unit test coverage for new and existing code
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product partners to deliver well-tested functionality through release
- Translate functional requirements into clear technical designs and actionable implementation plans
- Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and deliver durable fixes to technical problems
- Uphold engineering quality through peer reviews, refactoring, code improvements, and adherence to development standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain technical documentation describing features, system behavior, and key development decisions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience of 3+ years building backend services and applications with Java
- Practical expertise creating modern web frontends with Angular and current web development practices
- Strong JavaScript knowledge for implementing and maintaining interactive client-side behavior
- Experience working with SQL-based databases, ideally Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven use of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing to maintain high software quality
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle from requirements through ongoing maintenance
- Ability to write clear, efficient, maintainable code aligned with established engineering principles
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills for tackling complex technical issues
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher for effective spoken and written communication
Nice to have
- Experience deploying, operating, or developing solutions on Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud services
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns for scalable and resilient systems
- Prior work in Agile or Scrum teams and familiarity with iterative delivery
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple locations and time zones
- Strong interpersonal skills to share ideas, coordinate work, and build productive relationships
