We are currently looking for a remote Senior Software Engineer with 3+ years of JavaScript experience, 2+ years of proficiency using React Redux and experience working with methodologies such as Scrum/Agile to join our team.
The client is a company that provides its customers with an automated conversational commerce suite to serve different areas such as sales, marketing and customer service.
The service will be provided mostly to Mexican Companies who do business with the client.
Most of the work will include integrations and customizations once a customer is onboard with the client. It is expected that you will create web, adaptive experiences for all their customers while taking care of details, functionality, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop great experiences with web applications to our customers
- Customize our existing products to satisfy our customers' requirements
- Maintain and upgrade applications with new features
- Create documentation of new features
- Create tests of developed features
- Build reusable components for our design system
- Review requirements and suggest creative solutions
- Create web layouts
- Integrate and work with Rest/GraphQL APIs
Requirements
- 3+ years working with Web experiences (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,)
- Experience working with methodologies Scrum/Agile
- 2+ years of proficiency using React Redux and React Testing library / Enzyme
- Hard skills on: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jest, React or Angular.JS, GIT, Testing strategies, Web performance latency, Debugging, CSS Styling
- Formal degree with an emphasis on computer science
- Intermediate English: B2+
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Experience writing with Styled components (CSS)
- Proficiency using Redux sagas library and Testing framework Jest
