Responsibilities
- Develop and improve essential platform components
- Ensure product testability through robust development practices
- Participate in grooming, planning, technical and estimation sessions
- Make architectural decisions to support scalable solutions
- Introduce new ideas into company processes
- Support and improve product documentation for clarity and accuracy
- Coach middle and junior team members to foster growth
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of mobile development experience (Android or iOS)
- 2+ years of Flutter development experience with at least one application released in the store
- Knowledge of Dart including Dart streams and RxDart
- Understanding of mobile architecture principles
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles
- Competency in REST and Sockets for mobile applications
- Capability to guide technical implementation
- Experience in mentoring junior developers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English language proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Skills in Kotlin development
- Expertise in Java development
- Familiarity with Swift development
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Proficiency in unit and functional testing for mobile applications
