We invite an experienced Senior Financial Specialist to join our team.
This role provides the chance to play a vital part in financial operations and ensure adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee agreements with EPAM Contractors and Subcontractors across different regions
- Manage the preparation and completion of contracts, handling all aspects of the signing workflow
- Maintain regular communication with Contractors and Subcontractors regarding all matters related to agreements
- Collect, organize, and safeguard all documentation linked to contracts
- Supervise the termination process for service agreements and coordinate the official closure of contractor engagements
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for contractor-related matters, arranging routine meetings with Contractors, Subcontractors, EPAM departments, and project teams
- Refine and optimize processes associated with contractor management
- Develop and update a centralized repository for contract templates
- Operate within EPAM’s internal systems to support financial and administrative activities
- Contribute to the creation and revision of company policies and local procedural guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in finance or a related discipline
- Proficient English skills at B2 level or higher for both written and spoken communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Higher education degree, preferably in finance, business, or a related area
- Previous experience in contract administration or financial operations roles
- Advanced time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities
- Capacity to process significant volumes of information, multitask, and resolve challenges effectively
- Proven track record of goal setting, maintaining composure under pressure, and demonstrating self-discipline
- Well-developed organizational skills, including self-direction, prioritization, and managing demanding workloads
