We invite an experienced Senior Financial Specialist to join our team.

This role provides the chance to play a vital part in financial operations and ensure adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee agreements with EPAM Contractors and Subcontractors across different regions
  • Manage the preparation and completion of contracts, handling all aspects of the signing workflow
  • Maintain regular communication with Contractors and Subcontractors regarding all matters related to agreements
  • Collect, organize, and safeguard all documentation linked to contracts
  • Supervise the termination process for service agreements and coordinate the official closure of contractor engagements
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for contractor-related matters, arranging routine meetings with Contractors, Subcontractors, EPAM departments, and project teams
  • Refine and optimize processes associated with contractor management
  • Develop and update a centralized repository for contract templates
  • Operate within EPAM’s internal systems to support financial and administrative activities
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of company policies and local procedural guidelines
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in finance or a related discipline
  • Proficient English skills at B2 level or higher for both written and spoken communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Higher education degree, preferably in finance, business, or a related area
  • Previous experience in contract administration or financial operations roles
  • Advanced time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities
  • Capacity to process significant volumes of information, multitask, and resolve challenges effectively
  • Proven track record of goal setting, maintaining composure under pressure, and demonstrating self-discipline
  • Well-developed organizational skills, including self-direction, prioritization, and managing demanding workloads
