We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis and insights to support key decision-making processes. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and improve financial efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of monthly financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Present financial insights and performance results to the Leadership Team on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Provide actionable business and financial recommendations to support organizational goals
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Develop and support financial models and deal structuring to achieve favorable outcomes for both EPAM and its clients
- Enhance and automate existing financial reports and processes to drive greater efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar area
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Excel spreadsheets, creating various charts, and summarizing data using PivotTables
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques for evaluating business performance
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Effective communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at various levels
- Experience creating professional presentations using PowerPoint to communicate financial results and recommendations
