We are seeking a seasoned Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact CRM solutions to meet evolving business needs.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, driving practical implementations, and providing expert insights to optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with client needs and business processes
  • Enhance existing CRM configurations to boost performance
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration of solutions
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and set clear expectations
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users focused on CRM functionalities
  • Perform impact analysis and highlight changes to business processes
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Manage CRM-related projects from initiation through completion
  • Conduct testing to validate system functionality
  • Support the adoption of Agile practices within the team
  • Assist in creating comprehensive business analysis documentation
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Provide guidance to teams on CRM best practices
  • Work effectively both independently and within collaborative teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Consultant in the IT or Insurance industry
  • Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and familiarity with out-of-the-box functionality
  • Knowledge of MS Power Apps and Power Automate, including application lifecycle management
  • Background in agile practices and proven ability to work within agile teams or independently
  • Understanding of application programming, QA, database systems, and system design
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing customer expectations, performing impact analysis, and handling critical issues
  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and ability to manage ambiguity in dynamic environments
  • Advanced level of spoken English
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Virtual Agents (AI ChatBots), Power Portals, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with additional ERP/CRM systems beyond Microsoft
  • Qualifications in Data Science
  • Experience operating in a startup environment
