Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior DevOps with experience with AWS and knowledge of IaC to join our team.
The customer is one of the world's leading communications services companies. It is the largest mobile network operator in the UK, with more than 30 million customers and the largest operator of 4G services in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the discussions over the infrastructure organization within AWS and Kubernetes
- Create solutions for particular activities such as 0-downtime deployments, versioning strategies, delivery process
- Develop and create tasks for the implementation of delivery processes of the application components in Kubernetes
Requirements
- Experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, EKS, Route 53)
- Knowledge of K8s (Istio and Nginx Ingress, CNI, Helm charts, Flagger, K8s knowledge, troubleshooting)
- Experience with CI (Jenkins scripted pipelines)
- Knowledge of IaC (Terraform)
- Experience in scripting (Bash, Python)
- Understanding of Web servers (Nginx)
- Experience in infrastructure design and solutions development for system with several enterprise-level web applications
- Experience in CI-CD implementation on infrastructure level for multi-application, multi-stream, multi-teams projects
