We are currently looking for a remote Senior DevOps with AWS experience to join our retail and distribution project team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing upgrades of Kubernetes clusters and their components on a regular basis. You must possess excellent communication skills, and AWS expertise with EC2, Route53, VPC/SG/ACL, and CloudFront. You should be proficient in Bash scripting and programming languages such as Groovy/Python scripting level and Linux.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular upgrades of Kubernetes clusters along with their components
- Participate in discussions to enhance the infrastructure
- Execute the necessary improvements
- Perform occasional code/configuration reviews
- Collaborate with both EPAM and client engineers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps with AWS
- Expertise in Kubernetes (Baremetal/KOPS/EKS) and AWS (EC2, Route53, VPC/SG/ACL, CloudFront, etc.)
- Proficient in Bash scripting and programming languages such as Groovy/Python scripting level and Linux
- Excellent communication skills
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps.CI/CD and DevOps.IaC
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python
