We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with AWS expertise to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' Cloud infrastructure is always running smoothly. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will have broad responsibilities for designing, deploying, and managing our clients' AWS infrastructure. You will use your strong scripting experience in Python, Ruby, Perl, and Bash to build and manage CI/CD pipelines. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security of our clients' infrastructure by implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures. You will work closely with other stakeholders, including developers, operations, and security teams, to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot ETL jobs, AWS services malfunctions, user technical issues, and bad user experiences
  • React to monitoring system alerts and provide resolution for escalated service tickets
  • Escalate issues to DevOps team
  • Design, deploy and manage clients' AWS infrastructure
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure the security of clients' infrastructure by implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, including developers, operations, and security teams, to ensure the smooth operation of clients' infrastructure
  • Document technical solutions clearly and concisely in written documentation
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, AWS, and security
  • Strong scripting experience in Python, Ruby, Perl, or Bash
  • Experience with AWS services such as Glue, S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateways, DynamoDB, RDS, EKS, and EMR
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail (ELK is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools
  • Experience with AWS IAM
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level)
