Join our remote team as a Senior DevOps Engineer (Microsoft Azure) within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual to play a key role in developing, implementing and maintaining our microservices-based platform. As a Senior DevOps Engineer (Microsoft Azure), you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our products to our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the design, implementation, and management of our cloud-based infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure
- Drive the implementation of solutions aligned with business objectives
- Maintain and troubleshoot code in large-scale, complex environments
- Ensure high availability and scalability of systems
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
- Develop and implement automation scripts for seamless deployment and scaling
- Actively participate in architectural and technical discussions
- Coordinate with other technical teams and integrate external data points into solutions with minimal impact
- Prepare technical documentation like HLD and LLD based on architects discussion
- Ensure continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related field
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure for cloud-based infrastructure and application management
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
- Familiarity with Bash for Linux command-line scripting
- Experience with Docker for application packaging and deployment
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture for designing and building scalable applications
- Strong proficiency in Python.Core for scripting and automation
- Experience with Content Hub Administration for managing content delivery networks
- Experience in Linux administration, troubleshooting, and scripting
- Expertise in DevOps practices and principles for continuous integration and delivery
- Experience with Sonar for code quality management and integration with CI/CD pipeline
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, at an upper-intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in Service bus architecture implementation, blue-green deployment strategy, and other latest Azure technologies
- Understanding of OAuth token-based authentication protocol
- Familiarity with PCI and Security Coding Standards
- Experience with Analytics services, troubleshooting, and monitoring tools on Azure
