We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the migration from Jenkins to GitLab CI/CD within a dynamic cloud environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS, infrastructure automation and modern CI/CD practices to help streamline and modernize our delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitLab CI/CD
  • Design, implement and maintain scalable CI/CD workflows in cloud environments
  • Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate provisioning and deployments
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, management and business team members to align DevOps practices with business goals
  • Optimize and monitor AWS-based infrastructure for performance, reliability and cost efficiency
  • Implement container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across build, deployment and runtime environments
  • Establish best practices for automation, security and observability across the SDLC
  • Mentor team members on DevOps tools, processes and methodologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools in Cloud environments
  • Proficiency in Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD with hands-on experience in pipeline migration
  • Expertise in AWS Cloud services including S3, RDS and DynamoDB, as well as Elasticsearch, Lambda and API Gateway, along with AmazonMQ and CloudWatch
  • Skills in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Competency in container orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash and Ansible
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and non-technical stakeholders
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
