Senior DevOps Engineer for Insurance Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating products within the product catalog according to required changes and enhancements and requesting / performing pull request peer reviews according to policies
  • Refining improvements to provide accurate estimations or complexity and/or effort sometimes directly with product consumers (app delivery team members)
  • Developing products according to the CCoE development process, guaranteeing quality and backward compatibility
  • Making sure that the certified products are published compliant with the Security and the Service Management Control Frameworks
  • Maintaining the WIKI / documentation
  • Monitoring the CCoE Operations board and solving service requests dispatched by the Solution Architecture team
  • Using Azure Infrastructure concepts for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, the management of Rest APIs for these services to create accurate designs of the products
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the development process
Requirements
  • 3 years or more of relevant experience
  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or comparable education/experience)
  • Technical knowledge and deep understanding of: Overall Azure Services, Cloud native application patterns, Azure overall basic infrastructure, Azure Security and Operations, DevOps culture and principles, Terraform
  • Experience with development of Infrastructure as Code with ARM Templates, PowerShell and Azure Automation
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experienced in Unit tests
  • Experienced in Azure DevOps Testing
  • Solid knowledge of Git
  • Experienced communicator both written & verbal
  • Strong analytical & conceptual skills
  • Ability to motivate others and readiness for close teamwork across multiple locations
  • English: B2+ and higher
