We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate issue resolution processes with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Facilitate effective communication between senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Oversee production incident management, ensuring prompt resolution and clear updates
- Design, deploy, and optimize Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure environments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve system stability and implement best practices
- Enhance and scale deployment pipelines and automation in complex settings
- Monitor system performance continuously and develop proactive operational strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of advanced processes and incident handling workflows
- Provide expert technical advice and suggest improvements for client infrastructures
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by introducing innovative DevOps solutions
- Present technical information clearly to client executives and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to evolving client standards, requirements, and best practices
- Investigate and troubleshoot advanced distributed system problems to boost performance
- Manage security protocols and uphold strong operational standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps with at least 3 years in technical and operational roles
- Extensive knowledge of Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure
- Demonstrated capability in handling critical production incidents under pressure
- Strong coordination skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Advanced problem-solving aptitude with flexibility to address complex challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience in knowledge transfer and fostering skill growth within teams
- Proficiency in English at B2 level with strong written and verbal communication
