Responsibilities
- Lead issue resolution efforts working closely with clients and DBA/DevOps teams
- Enable effective communication between senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Manage production incident workflows ensuring prompt and clear resolution
- Develop, deploy, and optimize Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure infrastructures
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and enforce best practices
- Expand and improve deployment pipelines and automation in complex environments
- Continuously monitor and optimize system operations proactively
- Maintain documentation of advanced processes and incident management workflows
- Deliver expert technical recommendations to improve client systems
- Champion continuous innovation in DevOps processes and solutions
- Present technical concepts effectively to client executives
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry best practices
- Identify and resolve advanced distributed system performance issues
- Oversee security measures and uphold strong operational standards
Requirements
- Extensive DevOps experience with minimum 3 years in technical and operational roles
- Expertise in Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure platforms
- Demonstrated experience managing critical production incidents under stress
- Strong coordination skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills adaptable to complex challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in knowledge sharing and team skill development
- English proficiency at B2 level with excellent verbal and written communication

- Experience communicating with clients in regulated sectors
