We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and run enterprise DevSecOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native delivery. You will automate releases, standardize deployment frameworks and embed security controls to improve reliability and auditability. You partner with engineering, security and operations teams to ship software safely at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable application delivery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation, including rollback mechanisms
- Operate enterprise DevOps tooling, reusable templates and shared platform components
- Support releases across development, testing, staging and production environments
- Build container-based delivery pipelines and support Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms
- Integrate security controls, scanning and compliance checks into pipelines to enable shift-left practices
- Troubleshoot deployment and production issues, supporting incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Standardize delivery workflows and drive continuous improvement across portfolios
Requirements
- Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines and release processes in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and source code management practices
- Kubernetes expertise, including deploying, configuring and operating workloads on Kubernetes platforms
- Infrastructure as Code capability, including Terraform and configuration automation tools such as Ansible
- Cloud proficiency, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) services such as Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) and Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)
- Scripting skills in Shell and Python for automation and operational tooling
- DevSecOps knowledge, including vulnerability scanning, code quality controls and remediation support
- Operational readiness mindset, including troubleshooting, production support and change management collaboration
Nice to have
- Red Hat OpenShift experience in enterprise container platforms
- Tooling exposure to SonarQube and Nexus Repository or Nexus IQ
- Regulated environment experience, including governance, auditability and compliance-aligned delivery
