Responsibilities
- Coordinate issue resolution with clients and DBA/DevOps teams
- Facilitate communication between senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Oversee production incident processes for timely resolution and communication
- Implement and optimize Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system dependability and practices
- Enhance and scale deployment pipelines and automation solutions
- Monitor system health continuously and apply proactive operational strategies
- Document complex processes and maintain incident management records
- Provide expert technical guidance and suggest system improvements
- Lead continuous DevOps innovation and improvement initiatives
- Present technical information clearly to client executives
- Ensure compliance with client standards, requirements, and best practices
- Troubleshoot advanced distributed system problems to enhance performance
- Maintain security protocols and enforce high operational standards
Requirements
- Strong background in DevOps with at least 3 years in technical and operational roles
- Expert knowledge of Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience handling critical production incidents under pressure
- Effective coordination skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Advanced problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder presentation skills
- Experience in knowledge sharing and team development
- English language proficiency at B2 level with strong written and verbal skills
