We are searching for a Senior DevOps Engineer to become a key member of our advanced team. Your role will involve managing issue resolution with clients and DBA/DevOps teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication. You will handle complex production incidents and engage with client leadership at a strategic level. Candidates with strong DevOps knowledge and communication skills are invited to apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead issue resolution activities in collaboration with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Ensure smooth communication channels between senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Direct production incident handling processes to guarantee timely resolutions
- Build, maintain, and enhance Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure infrastructures
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to boost system reliability and apply best practices
- Develop and scale automation and deployment pipelines within complex environments
- Continuously track system health and create proactive operational improvements
- Document sophisticated processes and maintain comprehensive incident records
- Offer expert technical guidance and recommend system enhancements
- Drive continuous innovation in DevOps practices and solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to client executives
- Align operations with client standards, policies, and evolving requirements
- Analyze and resolve advanced distributed system challenges to optimize performance
- Supervise security practices and maintain high standards across systems
Requirements
- Solid background in DevOps with more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure technologies
- Proven track record managing critical production incidents in high-pressure contexts
- Ability to coordinate effectively among diverse teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of handling complexity
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience facilitating knowledge sharing and team skill development
- English proficiency at B2 level with excellent communication abilities
