Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate issue resolution with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Promote clear communication between senior client stakeholders and internal leaders
- Supervise production incident processes to ensure timely and efficient resolutions
- Design, implement, and refine Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure systems
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve system robustness and best practices
- Improve and scale automation and deployment pipelines in complex infrastructures
- Monitor system performance and develop proactive operational enhancements
- Document advanced processes and maintain detailed incident workflow records
- Provide expert-level technical insights and recommend system improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives with innovative DevOps solutions
- Communicate complex technical details effectively to client executives
- Ensure operations comply with client standards and evolving requirements
- Diagnose and resolve advanced distributed system issues to boost performance
- Oversee security protocols and ensure robust operational standards
Requirements
- Strong experience in DevOps with at least 3 years in related technical and operational roles
- Deep knowledge of Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure
- Proven ability to manage and resolve critical production incidents under pressure
- Excellent coordination skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities for dynamic challenges
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience in knowledge sharing and supporting skill development
- English language proficiency at B2 level with strong written and verbal skills
