We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our cutting-edge team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate issue resolution efforts with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Facilitate streamlined communication between senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Supervise production incident processes, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication
- Design, implement, and refine Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and implement best practices
- Improve and scale deployment pipelines and automation solutions in complex environments
- Continuously monitor system health and develop proactive strategies for operational optimization
- Document advanced processes and manage comprehensive records of incident workflows
- Provide expert-level technical insights and recommend strategies to improve client systems
- Steward continuous improvement initiatives, pushing innovative DevOps solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and articulate complex ideas effectively to client executives
- Ensure compliance with evolving client requirements, standards, and best practices
- Diagnose and resolve advanced distributed system issues to improve performance
- Oversee security measures and maintain robust standards across all operations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in DevOps, with 3+ years in relevant technical and operational roles
- Deep expertise in Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure technologies
- Proven experience in managing and resolving critical production incidents in high-pressure situations
- Strong ability to coordinate across diverse teams and multi-stakeholder environments
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to complex challenges dynamically
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience in knowledge-sharing and promoting skill development across teams
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level with excellent written and verbal communication skills
