As a remote Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a robust infrastructure with next-gen technologies. You will work closely with the development team, understanding their stack, code, and dependencies to build a reliable infrastructure that supports the application and infrastructure monitoring system. You will also play a vital role in creating deployment models/strategies and capacity planning for Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments, ensuring the stability, reliability, and availability of applications and services. Responsibilities
- Design and build a reliable infrastructure that supports the application and infrastructure monitoring system
- Collaborate with the development team to understand their stack, code, and dependencies
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of applications and services
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Azure
- Strong command of scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, and Python
- Experience in infrastructure as code using Terraform and ARM templates
- Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Ability to implement and maintain monitoring solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience in other cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
- Experience in infrastructure automation using Ansible or Chef
- Experience in building and managing Docker containers
