We are expanding our infrastructure automation and are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to improve scalability and operational reliability on AWS. You will drive CI/CD and IaC practices, collaborate on architecture, and resolve production issues while supporting teammates through reviews and guidance. Responsibilities
- Architect and sustain infrastructure that scales reliably while supporting business and technical requirements
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality expectations
- Participate in architecture conversations and share perspectives that guide infrastructure initiatives
- Evaluate peers’ configurations and scripts and provide pragmatic feedback to preserve dependable standards
- Diagnose and resolve challenging technical problems throughout deployment and ongoing operations
- Coach junior engineers through knowledge sharing that builds their capabilities
- Assist with project planning by helping define scope and producing trustworthy estimates
- Stay current with technology changes and introduce valuable methods into routine work
- Document major technical choices and operational processes to promote consistent system stability
- Align with stakeholders on clear goals and verify outcomes match agreed expectations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of applicable professional experience in a relevant role
- Functional understanding of AI principles and tools used to enhance automation and infrastructure delivery
- Practical experience working in Amazon Web Services cloud environments
- Advanced scripting ability in Python and Bash for automating operational tasks
- Strong experience with Linux Administration for managing and sustaining server-based systems
- Hands-on work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Atlassian Bamboo, or GitLab CI to automate release workflows
- Working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS for operating and maintaining database infrastructure
- Familiarity with MySQL for structuring and accessing relational data
- Experience in Windows Administration to manage and maintain Windows server environments
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure-as-code provisioning
- Proficiency with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack for configuration management automation
- Experience with Kubernetes to manage and orchestrate containerized deployments
- English communication skills at B2 level or higher, with confidence in professional discussions
