Currently, we are seeking a remote Senior DevOps with a proactive mindset - to participate in the digital transformation of a large Oil & Gas enterprise and be a key player in the joint client/EPAM platform operation team.
Note: Native Thai speaker is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted tech advisor for the client in the context of GCP as well as DevOps best practices
- Build reusable CI/CD pipelines and maintain them once they are live
- Scale the platform sustainably through mechanisms like automation, Infrastructure-as-a-Code, etc.
- Monitor and improve system performance, latency, and overall system health
- Find answers to daily tech questions, come up with suggestions for improvements
- Coordinate plans with client DevOps staff as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps
- Native/Excellent spoken and written Thai
- Good spoken and written English (B2+)
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes (either native K8S or a managed one)
- Working skills of Helm and Infrastructure as a Code
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve CI/CD process (Gitlab CI or ArgoCD, preferably)
- Understanding of cloud specifics (GCP, preferably, but Azure may work too)
- Ability to interact with people of different roles effectively
