We are seeking a proactive and curious Senior Python Developer to join our team.
In this role, you will work on enhancing backend services and improving product stability and client appeal. Share your innovative ideas and help drive our team’s success.
Responsibilities
- Develop Python backend services with a focus on HTTP APIs using Python, SQL, and FastAPI
- Collaborate with team members to define and implement high-quality solutions
- Participate in team planning sessions and SCRUM ceremonies
- Propose improvements to enhance product stability and user experience
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to established standards
- Assist in debugging and resolving issues as they emerge
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Production-level Python development experience for at least 3 years
- Advanced knowledge of Python features such as slicing and decorators
- Competency in writing clean and maintainable code aligned with best practices
- Proficiency in building and working with HTTP APIs, particularly REST
- Strong understanding of type systems, specifically MyPy
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience working with FastAPI and Docker technologies
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Background in relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
