We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager / Product Manager to lead delivery and product execution for an MVP that builds a Change Impact Testing and Risk-Based Testing platform powered by data and AI. You will align stakeholders, translate technical trade-offs into business outcomes, and drive a high-quality handover with documentation and training.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day client interface across parallel product lines and stakeholder groups
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog with clear franchise context and acceptance criteria
- Align stakeholders on risk scoring approach, signal inputs, and algorithm decisions
- Translate data and AI trade-offs into clear business language for decision-makers
- Coordinate delivery milestones and timelines across distributed teams and time zones
- Plan and run shadow walkthrough sessions, capture findings, and drive the feedback loop into scope updates
- Author, agree, and manage UAT end-to-end including entry criteria, execution plan, and sign-off
Requirements
- 3+ years of delivery management experience with sustained client-facing engagement across multiple product lines
- 3+ years of product ownership experience with backlog management and clear acceptance criteria
- Senior stakeholder management skills with VP and senior director audiences
- Strong requirements gathering skills for complex technical programs
- Strong data and AI platform architecture knowledge across pipelines, ML lifecycle, vector search, and scoring systems
- Strong agile delivery and product management methodology expertise
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced) in written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience delivering ML or AI-powered data products
- Experience in gaming or interactive entertainment
- Knowledge of QA, test management, or risk-based testing workflows
- Familiarity with QMetry, Zephyr, Jira, or Perforce
