We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, growth, and evolution of digital engineering services for strategic clients. You will ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, account profitability, and team development while connecting business needs with technology execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of software engineering programs and services to meet quality, scope, timeline, and client satisfaction targets
  • Own account financial health by tracking revenue, margin, profitability, utilization, forecasting, and cost control
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders and represent delivery in executive forums
  • Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive performance management, coaching, and talent retention
  • Identify delivery risks and dependencies and define corrective and preventive actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI adoption in delivery and engineering processes
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain alignment across clients, business leaders, and engineering teams
  • Establish and monitor operational, financial, and quality metrics to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Support presales efforts by shaping solutions, defining delivery approaches, and contributing to account growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, or digital transformation
  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, or technology services leadership
  • Proven leadership experience leading software engineering teams of 30+ people
  • Strong account financial management skills across revenue, margin, P&L, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Solid client management skills with executive-level stakeholder communication
  • Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and service delivery governance models
  • Strong analytical and financial skills to drive data-informed decisions
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills in complex environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex delivery and organizational challenges
  • Strong change management skills for digital transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
