Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code using proficiency in C and C++ programming
- Guide architectural decisions to ensure scalability and industry-leading performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with project goals and timelines
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks in code and optimize for multi-core and scale-out scenarios
- Conduct thorough code reviews while mentoring junior team members constructively
- Devise innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in software development focusing on distributed storage systems
- Expertise in C and C++ programming languages coupled with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Background in leading the code development of complex subsystems within storage solutions
- Strong analytical skills paired with the capability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of distributed file systems and network protocols
- Competency in clear and collaborative communication within team environments
- Motivation to learn intricate technical topics with a self-starting mindset
- Proficiency in English communication at a B2+ level

- Background in Linux or BSD kernel-level development
